Infrared Sauna

Detoxification, heart health, muscle health, relaxation, immunity and weight loss.
The sauna can be used as a stand alone treatment or combined with a massage.
Trigger Point Therapy

Improved circulation, reduced tension, improved mobility, increased energy levels.
Trigger points are sore, painful knots found in muscles. These knots are sensitive and when pressure is applied they produce deferred pain. A trigger point massage helps work out these knots and reduce the pain associated with them.
Deep Tissue Massage

Breaks up scar tissue, reduces tension in the muscle and tissue, promotes healing by increasing blood flow.
Deep tissue offers both physical and psychological benefits. It can relieve muscle pain and stiffness and provide stress- relieving relaxation for the body and mind.
Prenatal Massage

A nurturing massage that focuses on the special needs of the mothers-to-be during pregnancy. We offer a special maternity bolster that allows the mom to lay face down during her massage.
